Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

Is this Harassment, Discrimination or Something Else

I work in an office and am the only female associate among 4 other male associates. The editor treats me very different than the other associates. He loses the reports i give him to edit and blames me, he asks me to do little administrative things that he does not ask the others. He talks down to me. I'm not sure what this is, he may just be acting like a jerk but i want it to stop.

As well you should. The conduct violates all

known federal, state and local laws that

apply to equal treatment of women in the
