Re: sexual harassment by the boss

You need to get the harassment on record. If you have a personnel officer you need to make a complaint. If they do not provide adequate relief and you want to sue you will need to make a complaint to the EEOC. If you are interested in pursuing legal action you can call me for an appointment. I'd potentially be interested in representing you.

Should you simply like to discuss this or any other legal matter, I can be reached for on-phone low-cost legal consultation at 1-800-275-5336 x0233699

Re: sexual harassment by the boss

This is a difficult situation. A job is very valuable. The best thing to do is discuss the matter with the Human Resources Department and get a transfer or, if you are not his first victim, get him fired!

However, if the solution was that simple you would not be looking for a lawyer. You have a number of options; a lawsuit is only one of those options. I myself am an experienced trial lawyer and have experience in the area of sexual harassment through my work with the NY State Division of Human Rights. You are welcome to a consultation with me for no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th Street, NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first - (646) 591-5786
