In my opinion you must win the case at trial. This would involve some expenses,such as a very competent DWI defense attorney and equally proficient expert witnesses to controvert those that will be presented by the prosecution. By the way ,what was your BAC?What did you blow? Was your blood taken? Did you have an accident or cause injuries?Where did this take place? All these questions need to be answered as well as many others. But off the top I believe a conviction or a plea will involve some jail time.This is for information only not to be considered advice or representation.
