Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

What happens after my case is dimissed and sealed?

I was charged with DWI and after several months my case was dimissed and sealed. But my car insurance is still canceling my coverage. What can i do moving forward? although dismissed and sealed why does it still show on my record and every insurance company I reach out to tells me no because of the suspension. If the case is dismissed and sealed should it still show on my record at the DMV?

If the case is dismissed without penalty, then you have been found innocent and the insurance companies cannot charge you a higher rate because of the case. What documents do you have to show your dismissal? This problem can be handled. You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th St., NY,NY.
