Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

I was charged with a Driving While Impaired ( alcohol ) 4 years ago in Queens , NY . Was wondering anyway I can expunge or seal my record from potential employer.

This cannot be answered without more facts. A criminal conviction in N.Y. cannot generally be expunged. That being said some records are sealed. Call my office @ 7188340087 to set up a consultation.
