Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

Driving Privilege Suspended in NY...NJ/PA/FL license

I'm going to get my driving privileges suspended in NY for DUI. I still have to go to court, so for now it's not suspended. I can apply for a NJ, FL, or PA license because I have family there and I can use their address. Here is the question....

If I get pulled over in NY with the license for those states, will I get in trouble? Is it the privilege to drive in NY that is suspended or just the privilege to have a license from NY?

Thank you in advance and I hope I didn't confuse you.

Your right to drive is suspended. That means that if you get another liscense in a different state, you still can't drive in New York. If you are stopped you can be arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a moter vehicle which is a crime.

There is a lot that a defendant can do to keep his liscense, or get it back quickly. But it takes planning.
