Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

i was driving slow to find my friends block cops pulled me over gave me a breatherlizer i passed that then they brought to the station to fill out papers n had me take a urine test i told them i had taken xanax earlier that day i have no prior incidents at with the police wat will happen when i go to court should i get a lawyer will my license be revoked or will i have to pay a large fine??
