Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

dui drugs

you are arrested for dui-drugs and given a urine test that comes up positive. You voluntarily have a dna test of that urine at your own expense to prove it is not yours and there is no dna in the urine, how can the state possibly try the case. They can't even prove it's your urine.

Re: dui drugs

These are serious charges and it is for either the Judge or jury to decide if the evidence presented is sufficient to convict. I would recommend retaining a competent DWI/DUI defense attorney. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
