Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

DWI - Am I totally screwed?

I got pulled over for improperly changing lanes. Cop saw tons of empties in car. I admitted I had 10-12 beers. Blew a .12 at the scene, then a .15. Arrested. At the station blew a .17. Failed two field sobriety tests. Am I hopeless? I know the tougher NY laws make it almost impossible to plea this down. Should I bother to get a lawyer? What will a lawyer cost me for this type of case? thanks.

tough case. What county is this in? You should get a lawyer to keep you from going to jail when sentenced.

To answer your other question, your license will get taken at arraignment.
