Do not go to Court with out a lawyer. Your license can be suspended & you can go to jail. Please speak to an attorney right away.

I will be very happy to answer any more question. My phone number is 201-646-9600.

If you have not yet been arraigned, the judge will read the charges to you and ask you how you plead. The Judge will then take your license from you so come with someone who can drive you home. The rest often depends on the policies of the DAs office and the local court. Some will allow you to plea the case down if it is your first one and the BAC was not too high - others have differing rules.
