Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

wrong person

i was drinking a bit, friend picked me up from club to goto another club, got stopped at a police checkpoint, told me he had a suspended lic. so i gave him mine thinking he was completely fine, since i had a clean driving record thinking we'd just move on, he failed a breathalyzer went to jail for that night. My other friend drove us back. The next day he told me everything was fine, they tok his prints and cleared up the situation so my lic. was fine. I got a letter at my home in boston, and discover i have a dui on my record and a 750$ fine. Anything i can do? Is there a way to prove it was him at the police station and not me that night? finger prints? mugshot? anything? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
