I registered for spanish classes at this place https://activenet020.active.com/qssiny/ .
After the first class, I wasn't happy with the class and I wanted to cancel it. But they say I am not entitled even for partial refund because it is in their terms and conditions. And all they could give is tuition credit at their place, which wouldn't help me because I dont like it.
Can they deny tuition refund, especially when i requested after the first class.

If you paid with a credit card, notify the credit card company that the course was not as adverttied. They are able to reverse the charge.
If you paid by check or cash, you may consider filing a small claims court action against the school if they are local.
