elder law
What can I do if my sibling took my elderly parents to their lawyer and said that he was not happy how the division of my parents will was because he felt that the family business should only go to him. The lawyer billed my parents for my sibling's legal advice and stated in a letter to them that this matter needs further discussion. Can an attorney be this impartial knowing that my parents wanted equal division of their assets when their original will was made over ten years ago?
Re: elder law
This sounds more like a complaint than a question.
You need to have a sit down with your parents and your brother and clear the air. That's my advice.
Good luck.
