right not to havemy contract sold to another

Shouldnt an Artist have the right to approval the sale, transfer or exchange of Artists contract to another person(s), firm, corporation, affiliate or company? Company may assign this Agreement to any third party or to any of Companys Affiliates or to any person or entity owning or acquiring a substantial portion of the stock or assets of Company. You may not assign this Agreement or any of your rights hereunder, and any such attempted assignment shall be void. This Agreement shall be binding upon you and Company and shall inure to the benefit of you and Companys respective successors and assigns. This Agreement shall also be binding upon any entity which, directly, or directly, in whole or part, through one or more intermediaries, owner or control, is owned or controlled by, or is under common ownership or control with, you (a Controlled Entity). Accordingly, this Agreement is hereby accepted by you on your behalf and on behalf of each Controlled Entity
