Photography Event Coverage
I am being hired by a healthclub to shoot event photos at their bodybuilding competition. I want to make sure that I am properly covered to sell/use photos that include all competitors on stage.

You must ensure that in your agreement with the health club you are not performing your photography as a work made for hire or you will be granting your copyright in the photos to the health club. You would need releases from each person you photograph. If the health club can handle the releases that would be ideal so you can focus your attention on the body builders and not have to risk confrontations before you shoot or refuslas after you shoot.
