Legal Question in Environmental Law in New York

striped bass sale violation

I sold 1 striped bass and two bluefish. I got three pink summons tickets with appearing in the court, which are for failure to present fish food license, for failure to present striped bass license, for sale untagged striped bass. The guys who issued the tickets said that I only have to pay fine in the court. This is my first case. what should I expect from the judge? Fine, how much? Criminal record? Do I need to have a lawyer with me in the court?

Do not go to court without an attorney. Even if this is your first offense you face a possible 45 days in jail. You should seek representation.
