Legal Question in Family Law in New York

was in a 9 year live in relationship, 6 yrs ago boyfriend fell off a roof , fractured both heels, recieved a settlement we moved out of state and 6months into this he threw me and my disabled son out with no financial means,no social services available at this time no means to retrieve my belongings and we are on a friends couch. Am I entitled to any financial help from him?

If the child is his then you are entitled to child support. If the child is not his, you are not entitled to anything under New York State Law. There is no palimony statute in this state.
