Legal Question in Family Law in New York

hello well I am 19 years old and I am enrolled in a cosmetology class at a local boces, my parents are divorsed and my father is paying my mother child support. I was wondering that if I move out that will I be collecting the child support? If so my father is paying my mother more then they agreed on so would I get the money that he is paying now or what they agreed on?

A. No. Child support is to the custodial parent and not the child.
