I had admitted to smoking marajuna to a county CPS worker. I have since stopped all use and have tested clean. They insist that I continue to participate in a 4-6 month out-patient program or I could lose rights to my 16 yr. old daughter. Can they do that even though I am clean and will continue to be so?
