Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am an American woman who have been married to an Panamanian man for 19 years and we also have 4 children together. My husband was deported to Panama and he married a Panamanian woman even we were still married. Which wife legal rights?

According to the law in this country, until your husband legally divorces you (which he can do in Panama according to Panamanian law), any future marriage he has is a nullity. Therefore, the U.S. would not recognize his second marriage if entered into without his having been divorced from you. I am not sure, however, what "legal rights" you are interested in determining if you have.
