You do not appeal, but contest the divorce. The case has just begun and there is nothing to appeal. You may need to retain an attorney to try the case for you.

You will need to retain a lawyer in New York. It is possible that my firm can help you. We need to know details about your work, do you have children and the assets of your marriage. As a bottom line, what is your goal? If you wish to discuss options, pleas email my partner Larry Carlin at [email protected]. He handles our matrimonial practice. Our phone is 212-622-7180.
