Boyfriends ,ex wife has left all of child belongings on front steps with a note and says she doesnt want her to live with her anymore. They have joint custody but child was residing with mother. mother took off ,no contatc and child has been with us for two months. mother now wants to make decisions for daughter such as visitation ,holidays etc. she does not pay support and does not want child to live with her agin.what right do we have
