Legal Question in Family Law in New York

child support - two different counties

My ex and I have an active child support order. We both moved to different counties. I filed for violation of child support order and he filed for downward modification. Our case will be transferred to another county because we no longer live in the county where the case began. Which county has jurisdiction over our case? The custodial parent's county or the noncustodial parent's county?
