Child support

What can i do about getting child support from my son's father, who i have shared legal custody with can i filefor child support, even though he has the baby on the weekend and i have him during the week days

Sure you can file for support. If his name is not on the baby's birth certificate then paternity will have to be established first. ONce you file for support he may then file for custody/visitation. But as long as you have physical custody and if you are granted legal custody in the future, you will be considered the custodial parent and therefore can file for support.
