Child Support
Uncontested divorce, ex husband agreed to pay $600.00 per month child support for 2 children. He owes me $10,600 back child support. Just recently I started receiving a check each week for $50.00. Would the $50.00 be considered back child support or current even though it is not the amount he is to pay? Also if I do cash the checks, am I saying that I will now accept $50.00 vice the $600.00?

There are methods of enforcing child support orders and collecting arrears. At the rate he is paying, the arrears will never be satisfied and will continue to increase.
