child visitation

my son smom moved to another state ,she said it would not interfere with her dropping him off every other weekend as the court ordered i have seen my child 2 times since jan 2007 she makes excuse after excuse ,now she says he doesnt want to go and she is not going to force him,we have court on 8/06/02007 but why should i not see my child for another 2 months ,my question can she just move out of state, thank you

I believe this question was already answered but I will re-respond. If there is an Order of Visitation in your favor, relocation requires the permission of the court unless your visitation is infringed upon because of the move. If she moved within the metropolitan tri-state, however, the court would not be as strict since it is not impossible to exercise your visits.
