Is it possible to take ACS to court in order to find out who was the one that made the report against you?

Re: Child Welfare

You are not necessarily entitled to know who made the complaint, but the law provides that you may receive certain information, including ACS's report, which may give you an idea about how how the investigation originated. This is something you must address immediately, however. Feel free to call me at 212-367-9167 to discuss this further. I do not charge a fee for the intial consultation.
