Legal Question in Family Law in New York

custody

Iam US Resident, my son his 11 years old and lives with his father in Argentina, from 2002. What can I do to shared a custody,. can I file a petition? to have my son here for the months that he dosen't have school( on vacation) or whre I can find more information to be prepared to file a petition. Thanks

NY Family Court does not have jurisdiction over son since son has been living in Argentina since 2002. Petition must be filed in Argentina.
