Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Daughter & Grandson Locked Out

Daughter went on vacation with son,& her husband locking them out, taking her to court,& court coercing her thru the guardian to an agreement that puts child at risk. Our daughter married a controlling, narcisstic person who locked her out(she only had a suitcase)& getting his family & friends to lie,&that his mom had connections & knows the judge &he'd be sure to make her pay for it all,it's all gone his way. The guardian in the case coerced our daughter &us thru the threat of putting the child in foster care if we did not agree to their demands. Husband admits to: having done drugs,cross-dressing, having weapons.leaving his ''spit bottles'' from chew tobacco &the baby almost drinking from it & cuffing the baby ,heavily involved in D&D,SCA(fantasy weapon role play),cutting off a cat's head& said his wife ''made him do all this'',which isn't true. Yet,he'll get the baby every other wknd& 6 wks in summer. We have to drive as he told court too hard for him. To date he has not paid anything for his son's needs. He says since it's 1 yr, he's filing divorce based on abandonment. He is a dangerous person & told my sister ''he really doesn't want the kid, he wants to prove a point''. Please help. We're terrified something will happen.
