DEAR,
I' m permanent resident in US and now i m in vacation in morocco my country with my son, i m receiving letter of harassement from my husband, telling that he will take my son when i will returnu back and he is insulting me in those letters...please to wich departement adress can i write to send a letter to tell them about what is happening and to ask for a protection when i will come back to US.....

You should seek a temporary order of protection.
You should also petition the court in the county where you live for custody of your child.
