Legal Question in Family Law in New York
divorce
If my wife wants a divorce, do I have to agree to it. I've truly done nothing wrong. No physical/mental abuse, no adultery etc. I'm miserable now. Why be miserable and broke if I don't have to.

New york is still a fault state for divorce, in other words,she would have to prove grounds for divorce against you.
You should immediately retain an attorney who would give you specific answers to her chances for a divorce and protecting your financial resoures.
