Legal Question in Family Law in New York

how do i go about the divorce that my wife started i do not agree with the adbondentment part in the divorce papers also am i entitled to her pension. Please help me i do not have money is there someone who will help me.

Most courts have a pro se department. I would contact the Court listed on the summons and ask for its help.
