I am divorced in India. I want to get married to a guy in NY US. He is a citizen. Whats the procedure. I am visitor in US.

If your divorce is valid in India it is valid here. Get a license and get married like anyone else...

If you divorce from India is valid,you can get married here in NY. Then you can apply for green card if need it.
