Who can exchange achild to thier parents

I am supposed to exchange my son at the precient to his mother is there any way some one from my family can do it

The child is required to at the precinct ready to be put into the care of his mother. That is all.

The law does not have an interest in who brings the child to the precinct; only that it is a responsible and reliable adult.
