Legal Question in Family Law in New York

exwife is harassing my fiance. I was married for 10 years; I cheated on her the entire married with the same woman. I know it sounds bad; we only saw each other 4 or 5 times a year. We would chat back and forth on line. I tried several times to end it with the other woman. The last time she threatened to tell my wife. So, I came clean with her. The other woman was also married. My than wife write letters to her husband. They since are divorced. So, am I. It took 3+ years for the divorce to be final for me but it's me about a year. It took so long as she took me to the cleaners. I guess most would say she had a right too. When she left she took all the money out of bank account (she was not on the accounts but knew my past codes) She moved back to North Carolina where she makes less money than she did here in NY. So, she cried for spousal support....(she has a higher education than I do)...but out of guilt for all I had done. I agreed to give her all of my annunities and 350 a month for 3 years. She was also about money. It was never a marriage that should have taken place. I was young and stupid. Since our seperation and divorce which has been over for about a year now finally. My exwife still calls. She knows I was seeing someone. When she found out it was not the other woman...but someone else I had know since I was a young child...and was best friends with and always joked about her being my girlfriend... she has gotten very upset. My exwife has for the last year emailed, called, text my fiancee to tell her how horrible of a person I am! That I will never change!! Makes up lies about me to the point of tell her how I send her emails about how much I miss her and send her gifts all the time. It originally was just to our home, personal cell phones and computers...she now continues to do it at her job. She can only reach me now by US postal service and my work phone. I am a residental manager. My employee's hear a loadful from her. They all know her but it is interfering with my relationship. (after she calls she will contact my fiancee and give her an earful). I called my union attorney,,,she told me that harassement is against my financee and she would have to file charges which would be very expensive being that we are both in different states...to me it should be that she is in non-compliance with our divorce agreement and the union attorney should be the one to file charges! She is slandering me as well has degrading me! What can be done?
