Legal Question in Family Law in New York

F2A visa divorce

I am not in US now but i will emigrate there next year. My husband has a green card. I will emigrate NY with F2A visa. I have been waiting for the visa for more than five years. Befor i reach the states, my marriage is going to an end. If i want a divorce as soon as i arrive in NY , can i still get the green card? It is a true marriage because we have a daughter. It is said in some American states, you can get a divorce in a week. Is it true? Because we are in different countries, we are actually at seperated stage, can we get a divorce quicker than others?
