if my wife file on grounds of adultry will that affect child custdy?? also my daughter is 12 will the judge lission to her wishes?

It shouldn't affect child custody, but shouldn't doesn't mean won't.

Your daughter's wishes will be heard but she does not have final say, it will be up to the judge.
