Can a father change visitation or eliminate visitation if a court order has been placed? The father states he wants time for himself and will tell the judge he wants to work extra hours at work.

The father can bring an petition to modify the visitation order at any time if there has been a significant change in circumstances.

The Father does not have to visit if he does not want to.

The court can not force him.
