Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Father MIA for 15 months

My ex has not exercised his visitation rights in 15 months. No contact with his kids whatsoever. Now he decides recently he wants to see them. Since there is a court order do legally have to let him? Do I have the right to say no since so much time has gone by?

There is a court order that should be obeyed. You must go back to the Family Court and advise them of the situation. They do what they feel is in the best interest of the child.
