Is your grandmother willing to go to Family Court and petition to become your custodian? If she is willing to do so, that may be your best bet. Otherwise, you can certainly advise ACS of your Father being abusive. They will likely come and interview you, visit your home, talk to your father, mother, grandmother, your teachers, and maybe some neighbors, and if they find that there is a basis for your abuse allegations, they can remove you from the home. This is not the ideal way to handle the situation, but if you are in a dangerous situtation and your mother and grandmother do not want to go to Court, it may be your only choice.
