Legal Question in Family Law in New York

if i file for divorce- what r my rights for the following:

custody of our 3 year old- what r a mother's rights?

we currently have a car and a co-op- who gets what?

child support- who decides the amount??

alimony- since my job was recenlty downsized i am collecting unemployement- who decides how much i will receive??
