Legal Question in Family Law in New York

if i filed for divorce in NY state, westchester county but changed my mind and no longer want to serve papers to the defendent, what do i need to do to stop the divorce?

Nothing. Unless the papers are served and a proper affidavit of service is returned, there will be no action taken.
