Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am a Florida resident and have a 19 year old daughter that resides in New York. She was residing with her mother until last month when her mother decided to move to Hawaii. My daughter did not want to move to Hawaii with her mother and refuses to move to Florida to live with me. At this time, she is staying with my sister in NY and is attending college which is was paid for by grants. My question is, can I force my daughter, who I still pay child support for, to move to Florida.

You mention that your daughter is in college; therefore, one can assume that she has the maturity to decide where she wants to live. As for child support, you and the child's mother may want to consider a support modification and send the support payments to your sister for your daughter's benefit.
