Fraudulant use of Free legal Counsel
In a custody case that ''the petitioner'' initiated, regarding Child Visitation. I recently was told she has obtained free legal counsel. I know there are income guidelines to qualify, but I also know that her income level is above that. I need to know if I can find out what she reported as income to obtain free counsel, when I am paying an enormous amount to fight the case. Thank You

Don't waste your time because you are not

entitled to any information in this regard

It won't change what happens in court

If you wish to bring this to the attention

of the supervisors of the free legal clinic

you may write them and give them the proof

as to lack of qualifications, but they

will not include you in any decisions they

make thereafter regarding eligibility

or reimbursement
