girlfriend won't leave my home
how can i legally get my girlfriend to move out of my house.she broke off the relationship a month ago and i would like to get my life back.

get a lawyer to file a landlord tenant action to remove the tennant. there are many variations to this. you should talk to an attorney in your area.
