grandparent rights
We are not allowed to talk or see our grandchildren, beacause our children aren't talking to us. Do we have any rights.
Re: grandparent rights
Grandparents have rights. Repeat, Grandparents have rights. The courts always act in the best interests of the child. Just because you don't speak to the parents, should not deprive the grandchildren of the attachement which they have with you. Grandparents provide to the grandchild, something which the parents can't. Wisdom, experience, knowledge, and only the warmth and friendship which a grandparent can.
