Grandparents rights

What rights do grandparents have to step in if they believe their daughter in law is endangering their granddaughter?

Re: Grandparents rights

If a grandparent, friend, school, etc. believes that a parent is endangering his or her child, they may contact the Department of Social Services to investigate.
