Is a divorce from Guam considered legal in New York State?

The divorce in Guam was legal if it was recognized as legal there and all parties were under the jurisdiction of Guam.

If it was legal in Guam, and there is no public policy reason for it not to be legal in NY State, the divorce is recognized as valid in New York.
