Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Help..grandparents crossed the line

My ex has weekend visitation with our son.I have sole custoy. I learned he had gone to work and was told i could not come get my child by inlaws. When i arrived with my sister to pick up my son. Both inlaws were yelling, cursing etc. I asked them to stop, they did not. My child was standing in the middle of them watching all of this. My mother inlaw grabbed my farther inlaw by the shirt trying to pull him in the house leaning over my 3 year old son. My farther inlaw then turned and took a swing at my mother inlaw with his fist. All the while my son is in the cross fire. I grabbed my son and called 911..a police report was made. I also noted that my farther inlaw was drinking, my sister and i could smell it. What can i do? Please help me.

You can get a local attorney to seek a court order requiring that you child not be around them any more.
