Household Items Through Divorce
Already filed for divorce about 3 weeks ago. Most likely he will get the house. Can I start moving items out of the house and storing them at my moms? I'm also fighting for a piece of the house-some monetary settlement. Therefore I have been advised not to leave the home.
Also- With the joint tax return-Should we just split it ourselves seperatly when the check comes? Thank you so much for all your help. You have all been so helpful in easing my mind.
